These workspaces provide a personal, assigned place to work within a shared office environment at the Portland Building. Designed for individuals who want consistency and focus, dedicated desks offer more structure and privacy than coworking without the need for a private office.

Each dedicated desk includes access to shared conference rooms, a phone booth, kitchen space, high-speed fiber internet, and secure building access. The space is move-in ready and well-suited for focused work, virtual meetings, and day-to-day operations.
